How do I create an account?
Open the App and navigate to the Profile tab. Tap "Create Account" and follow the prompts to enter your name, email, and password.
What is Links Club?
Links Club is our premium membership that unlocks features like BirdieAI swing coaching, LinkedUp social matching, training plans, Links Challenge, Links Cup tournaments, and tee time requests.
How do I cancel my Links Club subscription?
Go to Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription. You can also manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
How does BirdieAI swing analysis work?
Upload a video of your golf swing to the BirdieAI Coach. Our AI analyzes your swing mechanics and provides personalized tips and drills to improve your game. This feature requires a Links Club membership.
Why does the app need my location?
Location access helps us show golf courses near you, provide weather and course conditions, power the GPS rangefinder, and enable the LinkedUp feature to find nearby golfers. You can use the app without location access, but some features will be limited.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, posts, favorites, scores, and all associated data within 30 days. You can also email support@worldlinks.golf to request account deletion.
How do I request a copy of my data?
Email support@worldlinks.golf with the subject "Data Export Request" and include your account email. We will provide a copy of your data within 30 days.
The app isn't showing courses near me
Make sure location access is enabled in your device settings. You can also search for courses by name or city using the search bar on the Discover screen.
I'm having trouble with payments
If you're experiencing billing issues, go to Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription to access the Stripe customer portal. For other payment concerns, email us at support@worldlinks.golf with your account email and a description of the issue.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
